A Z68 tail cap and Picatinny and M-LOK low-profile mounts provide activation and mounting versatility across rifle and carbine platforms. It delivers the farthest-reaching beam and longest runtime of any SureFire long-gun weapon light for extreme-distance target identification.

The SureFire M640DFT Scout Light Pro generates 100,000 candela of peak beam intensity with the included SF18650B rechargeable lithium-ion battery or 90,000 candela on two CR123A batteries, projecting a blinding, tightly focused concentrated shaft of light with minimal bounce for positive target identification at extreme distances up to 632 meters.
