CUSTOMER SERVICE

PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • All new products are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If you discover that your new item is defective, it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All items on this website are subject to change without notice. This includes item availability, product bundles, and pricing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability. We strive to maintain accurate representation of our product quantities available for purchase, but there is a short lag between the automatic update of our in-store and online inventory quantities.  In the event that the item ordered is not available, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund or void the charge.

LISTING DISCREPANCIES

  • Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will issue a full refund or void the charge.
  • If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will contact the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Duke’s Sport Shop, Inc. will be the final authority on discrepancies of online listings.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders requested to be cancelled prior to credit card settlement only can be voided upon request the same day only. Contact us through our Contact Us
  • Orders requested to be cancelled after the day of purchase but prior to shipment, will be refunded less a 7% fee to cover the cost of credit card charges.
  • For orders requiring an FFL License, if an FFL license is not received within 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded less 15% for restocking.
  • For local pickup orders, if the order is not picked up within 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded less 15% for restocking.
  • Once an order leaves our facility for shipment to an FFL Dealer or individual, it cannot be cancelled.
