How to Buy A Firearm Online
steps to PURCHASE online
Step 1
Choose a Firearm from our online inventory.
You can type in keywords in the search bar on top of screen or browse by product type or brands (menu bar). Also, you can click "Shop Now" button below these steps to get started
Step 2
Add your Firearm to the cart, and Checkout.
NOTE: Local Pickup can be selected if you are a PA resident and would like to pickup at our physical location at 2801 New Butler Rd, New Castle, PA 16101
Step 3
Select your dealer from our FFL Dealer Locator
- NOTE: if you select Local Pickup at Duke’s you will not need to select a dealer here
- NOTE: if you live in a nearby state other than PA, and would like to pickup a long Gun here let us know and we will refund your shipping cost at time of transfer
Step 4
- If Dealer Selected (ON FILE) - be certain that your dealer will accept the transfer. No further action.
- If Dealer Selected (NOT ON FILE) - contact the dealer to have them e-mail us a current copy of their FFL License to orders@dukessportshop.com (reference your name and Order#)
Step 5
We package up and ship your firearm to the FFL Dealer you have chosen, unless you select Local Pickup
Local pickup orders will be kept in our warehouse awaiting your pickup (paperwork/background check)
Step 6
You pick up the firearm from your selected FFL Dealer when it arrives, and complete necessary paperwork/background check.
If you have selected Local Pickup, then come to our store to pickup within 30 days of your order date

ADDITIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION
- We ship either USPS (most handguns and accessories) or UPS (most long guns)
- You will receive a tracking number via e-mail to check the status of the shipment
- Orders are generally shipped within one to two business days, once we have all necessary information (i.e. FFL/authorized payment)
- Some FFL dealers will notify you when your shipment arrives, and others may not, so you may need to contact your dealer after you see that your firearm has been delivered to the FFL.
- All sales of firearms are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once shipped to an FFL Dealer.
- All Firearms are new in original manufacturer’s packaging, unless otherwise noted. New firearms are never test fired.
- Pre-Owned firearms are inspected and test fired by our on-site gunsmith and are in working condition unless otherwise noted in the listing.
- Billing and shipping information on the order should match for firearm purchases, since the firearms are shipped to the address on FFL only
- If the billing and shipping do not match on non-firearm orders, you may be contacted for clarification/proof of shipment address
- Federal law stipulates that firearms may only be shipped from one FFL dealer to another one. Firearms will not be shipped directly to an individual unless you are a dealer with a valid FFL License.
- You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the transaction if you are purchasing a handgun, pistol grip shotgun, or lower receiver. If you are purchasing any other firearm you must be 18 years old at the time of transaction. By submitting your order you are formally acknowledging that you of a legal age to engage in the transaction.
- You are responsible to ensure that the firearm you are purchasing is legal to own in your state/locality. By submitting your order you are formally acknowledging that the firearm you are purchasing is compliant and legal to own in your state/locality.
- We provide an FFL Locator at checkout for the customer's convenience. The customer is responsible to ensure that the selected FFL dealer is willing to accept the firearm for transfer, even if we already have the FFL on file.
- Your local FFL dealer will likely charge a transfer fee (varies by dealer, generally ranging from $15-$50). This fee is paid directly to the receiving FFL dealer at the time of the transfer.
