Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All items ship either USPS or UPS, based on our discretion
Shipping cost will be calculated once the items are added to the cart
Gift cards will be mailed via USPS First Class mail free of charge
Tracking information for all shipments will be e-mailed to the customer, and can be used to track shipments online. Once shipped, any delayed delivery times must be addressed with the specific carrier.
Orders are generally shipped within one to two business days once we have all the necessary information (i.e. FFL/authorized payment)
Orders will only be accepted from residents of the United States (50 states plus Washington, DC).
Our FFL license does not allow us to ship outside of the United States. We will not ship any products outside of the United States.

A firearm return can only be requested for the following reasons, prior to transfer:

If the customer orders an item that is not compliant/legal in their state or locality, a return can be requested. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, the refund will be for product only (no shipping charges) and will be less a 20% restocking fee (or minimum $100). It is the customer’s responsibility to know the ownership laws pertaining to their own state and locality relating to firearms and magazine capacity.
If the customer is not able to pass the background check, a return can be requested. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, the refund will be for product only (not shipping charges) and will be less a 20% restocking fee (or minimum $100).
Under no circumstance can a firearm be requested for return once it has been transferred to an individual at the dealer location.

Non-firearm products that are in new condition in original packaging only, can be requested to be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and will be refunded less a $5 or 5% fee (whichever is greater) to cover the cost of credit card charges.
If non-firearm products are exchanged for products of an equal value or more, then the $5 or 5% credit card fee will be waived.
