The low-profile design and paddle switch prevents snagging and accidental activation is prevented with the “safe off’ feature on the bezel. At only 2.51” in length the TLR-8G SUB emits a blinding 500 lumens (5000 candela) of white light and has a 510-530nm green laser for pinpoint aiming. Objects and alley ways are visible at 141 meters with the concentrated beam and peripheral light. Having a gun and a flashlight is good, having a gun with a mounted flashlight and laser is even better. Having the light mounted on your handgun keeps your non-firing hand free to handle other essential tasks. With an IPX7 waterproof rating the TLR-8G SUB can handle all types of weather and harsh conditions.
