The Competitor sports a 5-inch barrel with a full-metal frame, has an enhanced sear for lighter, crisper trigger let-off, and includes a flared magazine well for fast and efficient reloads. It also features lightning cuts on the top and sides, fiber optic front sight, and includes four 17-round magazines.

Smith and Wesson recently introduced the newest pistol in the lineup of M&P metal pistols, the S&W Performance Center® M&P9 M2.0 Competitor. The 5-inch barreled Competitor is another great Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm that comes packed with high-end performance features that are perfect for competitive shooters.

The S&W Performance Center M&P M2.0 Competitor boasts a new look and a competition-ready build. The aggressive lightening cuts on the top and sides of the slide reduce the amount of weight in front of the chamber, improving the recoil balance point. Besides the S&W CORE series optics platform, the slide is cut for optics and includes a fiber optic front sight, and blacked-out serrated rear sight. And the alloy frame reduces the “flex” often felt with polymer frames.

The S&W Competitor features an oversized mag release that is reversible for both right and left-handed users, which helps shooters drop mags quickly and efficiently in the heat of competition. The S&W Performance Center M&P9 M2.0 Competitor also ships with four 17-round magazines, so you are ready to hit the range straight out of the box! Focused on speed and customization, this semi-auto pistol is the ultimate Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 for competition shooting. From optic compatibility and slide cuts to the flared magazine well, this Smith & Wesson M&P is made for accuracy and speed. This Competitor version comes in Tungsten and there is another version in a Tungsten and Black design (in both 10-rounds and 17-rounds).
