The EHG includes Magpul’s signature TSP texture for a secure yet comfortable grip, textured indexing pads for finger and thumb placement, and a flared magazine well for fast reloads. Additional grip features include an undercut trigger guard, beavertail, and a scalloped magazine release for enhanced control and accessibility.

The optic-ready slide accommodates RMR, Delta Point Pro (DPP), and RMSc pattern optics, with co-witness height tritium night sights for a clear sight picture, even in low light.
