What to expect when buying online.

First we recommend that you make an account. This will allow you to check out easier and show your records of what you purchase.

You can also create a wish list of items you wish to buy in the future, and you can create a notification list of items you wish to be notified when that item comes back in stock. No longer will you need to call the shop, and ask to be notified on a gun you are trying to find. Simply enter your email in the join waitlist and you will be notified once that item is available, this is now the preferred preference to be notified on a firearm.  Once the item is checked in you will instantly be notifed of that item. Then you can purchase it online and pick it up at your convenience or we can then ship it to your local FFL gun shop.

If you plan on picking the item up at our shop, make sure to select local pick up so you do not get charged for shipping. At checkout, you will pay for the price of the firearm plus taxes.

So you bought a gun, now what? You will receive an email stating what you need to do next. If you are a local customer, all you need to do is stop at the shop at your convenience. You will tell the clerk you purchased a firearm online. We will retrieve that firearm, you will then check the firearm out, and then do your background check. We do charge a $5.00 fee for the background check.  Once you pass the check you simply take the firearm home.

If you are an out of state buyer or an out of the area buyer. You will add that item to your cart at checkout.

Then you will select Shipping.

You will enter your billing and shipping address as the same, to proceed with processing. Don’t worry, we will not be shipping a firearm to your house!

If you know the name and phone number of the FFL you would like to use, you can list that in the customer notes section.

Once you complete your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not list your FFL info in the customer notes section, you will need to contact the shop you would like to use and request that they email us a copy of their FFL to orders@dukessportshop.com

Please Inform them to add reference your  name and your order number to the email. 

Once we receive their FFL information we will ship the firearm out, which is typically the next business day.

Once the FFL receives the firearm they will contact you to pick it up where they will do the background check.
