NFA ITEMS
Duke’s Sport Shop, Inc. is also a Class III/NFA Firearms Dealer. This is a Special (Occupational) Tax under the NFA (National Firearms Act), that allows us to sell and transfer NFA items such as the following:
- Suppressor/Silencer
- Short Barrel Rifles (SBR’s)
You can purchase NFA items in the store or have them transferred here from another dealer (FFL Transfer)

steps to PURCHASE from duke's store
Choose a silencer or Short Barrel Rifle from our inventory in store
Make an appointment with us to complete the ATF e-forms application. This will include the following:
- Electronic Fingerprints (.eft)
- Passport Photo (.jpeg)
- ATF e-forms registration
- ATF e-forms application
As of 1/1/26, the ATF Tax Stamp Application Fee has been eliminated and is now FREE.
Pay the Transfer Fee ($50 per item) and 50% (minimum) deposit of the item amount.
When we receive the approved Tax Stamp we will contact you for pickup. Wait times have been as short as a few days.
IN-STORE NFA PURCHASES
Step 1
Choose a silencer or Short Barrel Rifle from our inventory in store
Step 2
Make an appointment with us to complete the ATF e-forms application. eForms (atf.gov) This will include the following:
• Electronic Fingerprints (.eft)
• Passport Photo (.jpeg)
• ATF e-forms registration
• ATF e-forms application
Step 3
Pay the ATF Tax Stamp Application Fee of $200 per item. This will require a credit card to be paid online to the ATF during the e-forms application.
Step 4
Pay the Transfer Fee ($50 per item) and 50% (minimum) deposit of the item amount.
Step 5
When we receive the approved Tax Stamp we will contact you for pickup. Wait times are averaging 9 months currently
NFA Transfers
- We will accept FFL transfers here from other Class III/NFA dealers only. See FFL Transfers for information on how to have an item sent to our store from another dealer
- Transfer Fees for NFA items are $150 per item
