This grip module is a factory replacement for your P365XL without a manual safety. Built from the factory polymer this standard module assembly is exactly the same as the original and serves as a replacement or spare.

This will also allow you to turn you Sig 365 into a 365XL. All you will need to do is purchase the 12 round magazines as the Sig365 10 round mags will not work in the 365XL grip frame
