Designed for optimal gas flow management, the low back pressure design ensures minimal impact on cyclic rates and bolt speeds, making it an excellent choice for semi-auto and full-auto platforms. The included DA438 KeyMo adapter allows for quick and secure mounting, while the DA116 KeyMicro 3-Prong Flash Hider (5/8×24 thread pattern) enhances recoil mitigation and flash suppression.
The Sandman X also includes a 7.62 flash hider front cap and is compatible with all R-Series front caps, allowing shooters to tailor their suppressor performance to specific calibers. For optimal use on 5.56 NATO firearms, Dead Air recommends using the Dead Air 5.56 flash hider end cap for improved sound suppression.
